Initiating a Session: Lookup code

The Lookup code is the most reliable way of finding users, each code is unique to every browsing session, therefore a user may have more than one code associated to them if they have your website open on mobile and desktop.

1. Ask your customer to read out the Lookup code (See display options for the Lookup code.)

2. Open Userview app (https://userview.com/)

3. Paste the code into the search

4. Initiate cobrowsing session
