Do customers have to download anything?
No. Sessions run in the customer’s browser with nothing to install, so there’s no app, plug-in or meeting link to get through before you can help.
Is this the same as screen sharing on Zoom or Teams?
It solves the same problem without the setup. Instead of sharing a whole screen on a call, your agent sees the customer’s active browser tab, so there’s no meeting to schedule and nothing for the customer to install or join.
Does this replace our helpdesk or chat tool?
