What We Do
Founded in 2017, Upscope helps remote teams communicate more effectively with customers. We specialize in visual communication tools for complex products, serving customer-driven enterprises and SMEs in industries like insurance, mortgages, financial services, and technology.
UserView is the first product we ever made. It helps companies deliver incredible customer experience by adding context to all communications with their clients.
Our Team
We're a diverse team of fun, hard-working, talented humans with offices in London and Miami. Founded by two startup founders who were frustrated with traditional customer support methods, we've built a company focused on solving real communication challenges.

Our main office is located in the heart of Soho, London. Surrounded by great restaurants, cafes, and the vibrant energy of central London.
Miami - Brickell
Our secondary office is in Brickell, Miami's financial district. Close to excellent dining options and the beautiful Miami waterfront.
