See both sides of a session
The agent's console on the left, your customer's browser on the right. Type, scroll or change pages in either one and watch the other follow — then see exactly what the agent can and can't reach.
An interactive demo — both panels are simulated in this page. Nothing is transmitted, and no session is created.
Find Jordan Fields in the agent console to begin.

Need a copy for accounts?
An agent can walk your customer to this page mid-session — navigation follows automatically.
Drive the page
Move your pointer over the agent console — it appears on the customer's screen. Click "Add a seat" and the count changes for both of you.
Follow across pages
Switch to Account from either side. The other pane navigates too, and the agent's address bar updates — no reconnecting.
Hide what's sensitive
The agent still sees the card and address fields — but the characters come through as dots. The real values were never sent to them at all.
Block what's dangerous
Try "Delete account" from the agent console. It refuses. The customer can still click it themselves.
Both of you stay in control
There's no passing control back and forth. You and your customer can click, scroll and type at the same time, in the same page — the agent can fill in a field while the customer keeps reading, or scroll to something while they carry on typing. Nothing to request, nothing to hand over, and no waiting for the other person to let go.
Try it above: scroll one pane while typing in the other.
