Adding UserView to your Intercom Sidebar
Before adding the UserView app to your Intercom chat sidebar, make sure UserView is installed and connected to Intercom:
Connect the integration here: https://app.upscope.io/settings/teams/_/integration
To make UserView accessible on Intercom, add the app by scrolling to the bottom of your side panel on a conversation and going to "Edit Apps".
Then pin the UserView app and drag the module up to a more visible area. If you don't see the option to view their screen, refresh the page.
