Limit search page

By default, your team can view every user who is on your site, if you want to limit it so that they will need the Lookup code in order to find the user.

You can do so here: https://app.upscope.io/settings/teams/_/search

Under "Require a code to start a session with", select "Yes".

Default view

You'll be able to see every user and can select any to initiate a cobrowsing session with.

Limited search

You are unable to select any user and will need the Lookup code.
